Back in June before my friend Jackie left and before it got
unbearably hot outside, Jeff and I visited the pearl market with our
friend. Located on the outskirts of Suzhou, this market is the source of
most of the worlds fresh water pearls... for CHEAP. I died and went to
heaven. Jeff developed an ulcer and pulled out the calculator to
resuscitate
our budget. To be fair, I did pretty well, and only bought one thing
with a little bit of peer pressure. However, it will be a must visit
place before we leave China for good. Start placing orders now!
